Information you give us

When you submit the growth-system application or the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what your business sells, your city or service area, your current website if you have one, your meeting preference, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically

With a form submission we also record, to understand where enquiries come from:

• The page the form was submitted from, and the referring website if there was one
• Campaign parameters present in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term)
• Your IP address, used to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.

Separately, this site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. These record page views and interaction events such as which buttons are clicked. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or business name to either service.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to quote and deliver work you ask us for, and to understand which parts of this site are working. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who processes it

• Vercel — hosts this website and serves every page and form submission.
• Resend — delivers the notification email to us and the confirmation email to you.
• Slack — receives an internal notification so a new enquiry is seen quickly.
• GoHighLevel — receives application and enquiry details in our customer relationship system when that integration is enabled.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — site usage analytics, as described above.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not pass your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email and internal records for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of work discussed or delivered. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@obsidianlynx.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use its Do Not Track setting; the site works normally either way.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
