Using this site

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Obsidian Lynx. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Please don’t copy the site wholesale, scrape it at volume, or attempt to interfere with it.

Enquiries

Submitting the application is a request, not a purchase and not a binding commitment on either side. Nothing is charged to apply. We review each request and follow up. We may decline a project that isn’t a fit.

The managed growth system

• The price is $0 upfront and $297/month thereafter. Your $297/month begins when your completed system goes live — not when you apply. Nothing is charged while the system is being built.
• The subscription includes a conversion-focused website, hosting and maintenance, a CRM and lead pipeline, lead-capture forms, appointment booking, missed-call text-back where it fits the client’s operations, automated SMS and email follow-up, a review-request workflow, and ongoing support.
• Text messages, calls, emails, and AI usage are metered by the platform and may be billed separately from the monthly subscription. Advertising budget and campaign management are not included.
• The website and system are built, hosted, and maintained while your subscription is active. Ownership, export, usage, and cancellation terms are defined in the written service agreement.
• The schedule is agreed in writing before work begins. It depends on the scope of the website and on how quickly intake information, content, brand assets, and any required account access are received; it moves if that information arrives late or changes.
• Anything outside the scope published on this site is identified and priced before work begins. Domain registration and renewal remain the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed.
• Parts of the system are delivered through third-party platforms. Their own terms, licences, and availability continue to govern those services, including any fonts, images, or integrations used in the build.

What we don’t promise

The system is built so that enquiries are captured, answered quickly, and followed up consistently. It is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any conversion result. Search and lead performance also depend on competition, business authority, reviews, content, links, advertising, and ongoing activity, none of which are within a build’s control. This is explained in more detail in the frequently asked questions.

Client-supplied material

You confirm that any logos, photographs, text, or other material you provide are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. We’ll flag anything that looks like it may not be.
