Overview

Project overview

Harpeth Holiday Lighting installs custom Christmas lighting across Middle Tennessee — Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville and Murfreesboro. The service is complete: a custom design, the lights and materials, professional installation, maintenance all season, then takedown and storage when Christmas is over.

The Challenge

Winning a short, crowded season

Holiday lighting is bought in a few weeks, and most homeowners compare several companies in an evening. A site that looks temporary, or an enquiry that waits until morning, loses the job to whoever answered first.

Our Approach

A premium site with the request built in

We built a site that reads like a year-round, premium operation and lets a homeowner see the result before they commit. The free-design request starts from the address of the home being lit, and feeds straight into a CRM with follow-up, so every request is captured and answered while the homeowner is still deciding.

What We Built

The website and the system

  • Custom-designed website
  • Free-design request that starts from the home’s address
  • Lead capture wired into a CRM and pipeline
  • Automated follow-up on every request
  • Mobile-first, fast-loading build
  • Search foundation for Middle Tennessee
